1999- Godzilla attacks Tokyo but, is drawn to a spaceship that is attracted to the sun. Godzilla engages the spaceship in combat and destroys it. Orga is hatched from the spaceship and tries to swallow Godzilla. Godzilla blows up Orga from the inside with a nuclear pulse.

2000- Godzilla returns again only to be attacked by Megaguirus, Megaguirus has Godzilla on the ropes but, Godzilla battles back killing Megaguirus with two blasts of Thermonuclear Fire.

2001- Godzilla is possessed by the soul of his father because the people of Japan have forgot about him...three Yamoto guardians rise to stop him...Baragon, Mothra, and Orochi King Ghidorah. Godzilla kills all three with relative ease but, his freed from his fathers hypnotic hold.

2002- Kiryu is constructed after the attack a year ago. Godzilla and Kiryu battle to a tie with Godzilla retreating and Kiryu to badly damaged to continue the fight.

2003-Godzilla returns this time more powerful and ready for Kiryu. Mothra also joins the fray. Godzilla kills Mothra and her two Larva come to aid Kiryu. Mothra Larva web Godzilla and Kiryu carries the two of them to sea where Kiryu would permanently shut down...or would he?

2004- Operation: Final War begins with the Xilians sending all of Earth's monster to attack the city...Godzilla is awoken from under the sea apparently much more powerful from before to absorbing Kiryu's power cells. Godzilla attacks and defeats Gigan swiftly to go one to kill the likes of Zilla, Kumonga, Kamacuras, Ebirah, and Hedorah. Godzilla allowed Anguirus, Rodan, and King Caesar to live due to the mind control. Godzilla is confronted by Monster X and Gigan and is being defeated until Mothra comes to aid humanity yet again. Mothra kamikazes Gigan killing them both. Godzilla defeats Monster X and it transforms into Kaizer Ghidorah. Kaizer Ghidorah almost kills Godzilla until Kiryu returns from it's watery grave to aid Godzilla sacrificing himself. Godzilla then fires the Atomic Spiral Beam disintegrating Kaizer Ghidorah saving Earth from it's greatest threat yet...Godzilla returns to Monster Island with Minya, Anguirus, Rodan, and King Caesar.
